These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tranquil Valley for use of our learning platform, content, and services.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information.

All prices are shown before applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any purchases.
Refunds: Unless specified differently on the course page, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course in the preceding 12 months.
